How can I book a tour?

You can book directly on our website by selecting your preferred date and time. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or email for personalized assistance.

Can I book a private tour?

Yes, we offer private tours for those seeking a more personalized experience. You can choose your preferred time—sunrise, morning, afternoon, or sunset—and enjoy the tour with just your group, accompanied by a private guide.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

During peak season —from December to April and from June to August— we suggest doing so at least 72 hours in advance, or even at the time of booking your hotel, to secure your place on the date and time you want.

When is whale shark season?

Whale shark season in Holbox runs approximately from June to September, with July and August being the peak months. During this period, tours are available to observe them in the open sea, always following official conservation guidelines.

In what season can bioluminescence be seen?

Bioluminescence can be observed much of the year in Holbox, especially on moonless nights with dark skies. While it can be seen at different times of the year, the best months are usually from March to November, when water conditions allow for greater intensity of the glow.

What should I bring on the tours?

We recommend a swimsuit, towel, biodegradable sunscreen, hat/cap, sunglasses, and comfortable clothing. For longer tours, we also suggest a reusable water bottle.

What does the tour price include?

Each tour includes a certified guide, safety equipment, sea or land transportation (depending on the activity), and in some cases, drinks or snacks. Details are specified for each activity.

What happens if the weather doesn't allow the tour to take place?

Safety is our priority. If the weather is unfavorable, we will reschedule your activity or offer you a full refund.
